Payment & Deposit Information
A $125 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of the booking via VENMO. The remainder of your payment is due upon boarding Captain Ricky’s 22 ft. pontoon boat the day of your excursion. If the Captain cancels the trip for mechanical issues or weather related reasons (thunder, lightning, strong wind causing treacherous waters), the deposit will be refunded. If you need to cancel, your deposit may ONLY be used towards another booking IF you cancel AT LEAST 1 week prior to your trip.

Well behaved quiet dogs are welcome to join the excursion. There are protected wildlife areas where dogs aren't permitted but there are dog friendly islands as well. Please consider your dogs temperament 1st. dd an answer to this item.
Captain Ricky and his first-mate will be the only other occupants. Your trip will be private. Please keep in mind your party is limited to 6 passengers due to licensing restrictions.
Life Jackets are provided for all 6 passengers. Let Captain know if there will be young children so correct sizes are provided.
It's up to you but here are some things to consider: Sunblock, hat, food, drinks, special needs (including medicine if appropriate) towels, goggles, binoculars, weather appropriate clothing, water shoes.
Fresh water sink 4 hand washing; Bluetooth speaker 4 tunes; Phone charging port; comfortable & clean seating; dry storage; life jackets.
Bring food and definitely water. Must be 21 to drink adult beverages. No smoking permitted. Vaping is allowable.
Boat accessible restaurants and/or bars in the Ocean City, MD area are permitted. Tides and boat traffic will be considered by the Captain 1st
